The hardest project of all--adding 3D latex pieces to our faces. I designed a bloody Minnie Mouse. There were different steps to this final project, including having a life size mask of our faces molded so we could practice our final projects with molding clay on it before doing the design on our faces.
FINAL- PROSTHETICS
On this week, my professor wanted us to simply explore and test our makeup kits and learn how to use certain materials and what they can do theatrically in the makeup world, such as liquid latex, highlights and shadows, stage blood, and spirit gum. Specifically, she wanted us to do a few exercises on our faces with highlights and shadows, and how to apply them. I even designed a unibrow for fun, which a lot of my friends loved. Haha!
CORRECTIVE MAKEUP
I took a Theatrical Makeup class at Foothill, and these were my projects.

CREATIVITY WEEK
This week my professor let us do whatever we wanted to explore our makeup kits. So I designed a makeup piece that displayed a love of mine, which is music--my face was a piano, and I also included yellow stars and red music notes.

We used Ben Nye Makeup kits. You can learn more about Ben Nye Makeup at the following website:
